I've picked up three of these WallyMart value packs. I can't help myself. I have so much series 2, and I don't care for Ginter's enough to buy a ton of it. Why do I keep grabbing these boxes? It's not for the cards above. Its just my compulsive mindset that I can't shut off to buy more damn packs (curse you Topps!!). I don't know. They are fun to open, even if I get nothing new out of them. Although I have gotten some cards that some of you need, so its not all bad. As you can see above, there are only two cards posted. Well, I haven't hit Strasburg yet, but I do have a duplicate of the Cal and it is up for trade if anyone needs it. I think my local Wal-Mart has one value box left...

I bought one of these really hoping for the Cal but got Babe instead. I actually have a stack of Blue Jays for you anyway, so would that work for a trade?

ReplyDeleteI did get an auto out of the first box, which prompted me to buy box #2. I probably won't buy a third.
Those things are hard to resist... The bronze parallels are pretty awesome too. Has anybody pulled any bronze Rays?
ReplyDeleteI bought two...got a Babe and a baby (Strasburg). I only got one bronze parallel and it was an Indian player.
ReplyDeleteI wanted the Ripken so bad I bought one box and got it. I'm done buying these. Now if I could just get my hands on a Markakis Bronze parallel I would be extremely happy!
ReplyDeleteI've gotten pretty lucky with what else came in the three boxes, I'll post them today. Maybe thats why I keep getting them, I get decent stuff.
